- Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) made multiple cash withdrawals and other fraudulent charges in the total amount of $3,081.46 on Alleged Victim's (AV) bank account. AP2's actions is considered financial exploitation which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to provide a safe environment for AV by failing to protect AV from financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
