Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) is care planned to receive assistance with showers and his/her medication administration. On or about March 19, 2021, AV did not receive his/her morning medication until the afternoon. From January through March 2021, AV refused approximately ten (10) showers and two reschedule showers were not completed by staff. The facility failed to follow AV’s care plan, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP21-02708 $500.00 fine assessed
