Findings: On or about October 1, 2020, the Alleged Victim (AV) moved from the facility to a new facility. Upon arrival at the new facility, it was noted that AV had a large wound on his/her hip that had a dirty bandage. There was no documentation, observations or notes regarding the wounds at the facility. AV was sent to the hospital for treatment with antibiotics for his/her wound. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP21-02329 $500.00 fine assessed
