Findings: On or about March 31, 2021, the Alleged Victim (AV) was given the medication that belonged to another resident. AV complained of nausea, vomiting and diarrhea and was transported to the hospital and treated for medication poisoning. Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) had given AV the incorrect medication, however, AP2 had not had sufficient training to complete medication administration on his/her own at the time of the incident, therefore, the investigation determined no AP2 wrongdoing or abuse occurred. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
