Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. On or about April 14, 2021, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) got aggressive and angry during a meal and did not bring AV dessert. AP2 has been talked to in the past for the way he/she talks to people. AV has since been embarrassed to have AP2 provide care. AP2 and the facility failed to provide service to AV, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
