Findings: On or about April 14 and April 15, 2021, the Alleged Victim (AV) was not given his/her blood thinning medication as ordered. The facility failed to re-order his/her medication and was unable to administer the medication, placing AV at risk for harm. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP21-01614 $250.00 fine assessed
