Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for care. From April 1 through April 20, 2021, there were 41 instances where AV’s call light was not answered for over ten minutes, and in eight (8) of those incidents the call light was not answered for over 20 minutes. The facility failed to answer the call light in a timely manner, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP21-02877 $1000.00 fine assessed
