- Findings
- The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. According to documentation, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) accepted and cashed two checks for approximately $500.00 each from AV. AP2 is responsible for financial exploitation, which constitutes abuse as defined in OAR 411-020-0002(1)(e) and (E). The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
