Findings: On or about April 22, 2021, the Alleged Victim (AV) discovered that he/she was missing money from his/her wallet. AV does not know who took the money. An investigation determined an unknown individual (Alleged Perpetrator #2) took the money from AV. Alleged Perpetrator #2's actions are a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes financial abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial abuse, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
