Findings: AV relies on the facility for medication management. On or about April 13, 2021, the facility received a doctor's order to change an as needed medication to a regularly scheduled medication. The as needed order was processed, but the regularly scheduled medication was not transcribed to the MAR. AV did not receive the medication as it was ordered for three days. This placed AV at risk for serious harm, which is a violation of resident's rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse as defined in OAR 411-020-0002(1)(b)(A)(ii).
