Findings: On or about May 2 and May 3, 2021, the Alleged Victim (AV) complained of pain to the left shoulder. Staff did not provide as needed pain medication to the AV as directed, leaving AV in unnecessary pain and discomfort. On or about May 5, 2021, the AV had an X-ray which revealed that AV had a fractured left clavicle. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP21-02630 $375.00 fine assessed
