Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure AV medication was available to administer as prescribed. AV was not administered the prescribed medication on or about May 19, 2021 due to lack of supply of medication in stock. The facility failed to reorder AV medication supply prior to running out. This put AV at risk of serious harm which is a violation of resident's rights is neglect of care and constitutes abuse as defined in OAR 411-020-0002(1)(b)(A)(ii).
