Findings: Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) and Alleged Perpetrator 3 (AP3) failed to administer Alleged Victim's (AV) blood thinner medication as ordered. AP2's and AP3's actions are considered neglect of care which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system for AV which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
