Findings: On or about May 27, 2021, Alleged Victim (AV) and Witness 1 (W1) had a resident-to-resident altercation that caused injury to AV when W1 pushed AV when facility staff were preoccupied with cleaning up a meal and helping with other residents' needs. W1 is known to have aggressive behaviors. The facility failed to provide adequate supervision to AV which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP22-00456 $375.00 fine assessed
