Findings: On or about June 4, 2021, the Alleged Victim (AV) was prescribed as needed medication for behaviors. Hospice staff had delivered this medication to the facility on June 4, 2021, however, staff did not place the medication in the residents record in order to give the medication. AV went without the medication until it was later found by staff. The facility's failure to provide a safe medication administration system is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
