Findings: Witness 1 (W1) was known to have aggressive behaviors. On or about June 8, 2021, Alleged Victim (AV) and W1 were unsupervised in a common area of the facility and engaged in a verbal disagreement that resulted in W1 grabbing AV by the wrist and causing scratches and bruising to AV’s wrist and arm. The facility failed to provide a safe environment for AV, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP21-03100 $375.00 fine assessed
