Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to manage his/her medications. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure AV's physician orders were followed to decrease psychotropic medications. For six months, AV continued on the incorrect dosage and AV suffered increased behaviors as a result. The failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
