Findings: The Alleged Victim (AV) was care planned to have bowel medication daily and at least within 48 hours if no bowel movement has happened. AV went three days without a bowel movement and did not receive medication. The facility failed to follow the care plan, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
