Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care and for a safe environment. AV has a history of resident-to-resident altercations and inappropriate sexual interactions. AV is to be monitored with eyes on AV from 6am to 10pm. On or about June 15, 2021 AV and Witness #1 (W1) were holding hands. Witness #2 (W2) went over to separate W1 and AV. W1 and W2 had a verbal altercation. The facility failed to follow care plan, which is a violation of resident’s rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP21-03310 $500.00 fine assessed
