Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to administer his/her medication. Between June 7th through 9th, 2021, AV did not get his/her pain medication, missing a total of four (4) doses. Between July 5th through 6th, 2021, AV did not get AV’s pain medication, missing a total of three (3) doses. AV had missed medication due to the facility running out and not ordering AV’s medication on time. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system for AV, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
