Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. On or about July 3, 2021, AV’s watch went missing from his/her apartment. Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) was on shift that day, as well as the other shifts when staff reported thefts from the break room. Facility video recording shows theft from the facility by AP2. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
