Findings: On at least two occasions, the Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) received money from the Alleged Victim (AV). The facility has policies in place that staff are not to accept money in any form from residents. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes financial abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial abuse, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
