Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care and for a safe environment. On or about June 15, 2021 AV and Witness #1 (W1) were holding hands. Witness #2 (W2) tried to separate Witness #1 (W1) and AV. AV and W2 had a verbal altercation. W1 is care planned to have eye on monitoring from 6am to 10pm. The facility failed to follow care plan, which is a violation of resident’s rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP21-03313 $500.00 fine assessed
