Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to manage his/her medications. Between June 1, 2021, and July 25, 2021, AV did not receive multiple doses of his/her medications when AV could not be located. According to AV, AV experienced pain and discomfort as a result of not receiving his/her medication. The facility failed to care plan to ensure AV received medications when AV could not be located, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
