Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. AV was out of medication for approximately 10 days before a request was made for a refill, and AV was not administered h/h medication for approximately 17 days. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is violation of resident’s rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
