Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. AV withdrew $400.00 from their bank and placed it in their lockbox. AV keeps the lockbox key on the shelf near the lockbox. AV then decided to check the lockbox and the money was gone. It is believed that an unknown Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) may have taken AV’s money. AP2 failed to protect AV from financial exploitation, which is neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
