Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to administer most of his/her medication. Between August 2nd through August 28th, 2021, AV missed five doses of two different medications. AV missed four doses of PRN acetaminophen and one dose of regularly scheduled Lyrica. AV experienced physical discomfort due to lack of pain medication. The facility failed to administer ordered medication, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
