Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) missed multiple pain medication doses on or around August 26, 2021, which caused him/her increasing severe pain and to be transported to the hospital for treatment. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure Alleged Victim’s (AV) physician orders were followed and medication order clarifications were followed up timely. The failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
