Findings: On or about September 8, 2021, Alleged Victim (AV) was left seated in their soiled briefs for approximately sixteen hours without staff intervention. Based on facility documentation and interviews, AV requires full assistance from staff with toileting needs. The facility failed to properly care plan for AV's care needs with appropriate interventions if AV was resistive to care. The facility's failure caused AV unreasonable discomfort, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
