Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to manage his/her medications. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure AV's physician orders were followed and as a result, AV received an increased dosage of mood-altering medication which exposed AV to potential harm. The failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
