Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. On or about September 11, 2021, a staff member went into AV’s room to assist AV get into bed but was unaware of AV’s nightly routine . The staff member stated he/she had not reviewed AV’s care plan prior to providing care. The facility failed to assure AV’s care plan was being followed, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP22-00654 $500.00 fine assessed
