Findings: On or about September 17, 2021, Alleged Victim (AV) was presented to a wound clinic with weeping, open wounds that had soaked through their dressing. AV's socks and dressings had to be cut off to be removed. An investigation determined that facility failed to properly care plan for AV's wound care which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP22-00015 $250.00 fine assessed
