Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. On or about September 9, 2021, AV had fallen out of his/her bed and pulled the call light at 11pm. Staff did not have anybody respond until 1am. The facility failed to answer the call light in a timely manner, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP22-00707 $500.00 fine assessed
