The items were taken by an unknown Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) and this person is responsible for theft of property, which is considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect the resident’s property from theft, which is a violation of residents rights is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
