Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for h/h care. The facility has hx of running out AV medications on several occasions. AV did not receive prescribed medication as the facility did not have it in stock on or about October 01, 2021 through October 11, 2021. The facility failed to have a supply of medication in stock sufficient to allow for the administration of a resident's medication according to medical orders, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
