Findings: On or about November 7, 2021, the Alleged Victim (AV) fount that $40-$50 in cash was missing from his/her wallet. AV had a locking drawer, however, it had been previously broken and was easily opened by pulling on it. Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2, Unknown) is responsible for financial abuse, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to provide a working locking cabinet or safe for AV, leaving AV vulnerable for financial abuse, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
