- Findings
- Alleged victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. AV was prescribed eye drops after surgery. AV was not administered his/her medication for several weeks. The facility failed to administer medication as ordered, which is violation of resident’s rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
