Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) did not receive medication as ordered. On or about November 06, 2021, Alleged Victim (AV) returned to the facility from an outing and requested scheduled narcotic and over the counter pain medication. Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) failed to administer medication as ordered, and as a result AV went to the Emergency Department the next day for pain. AP2’s actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to administer medication as ordered which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
