Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. On or about November 17, 2021, AV reported $3.00 in quarters missing from AV’s apartment. Quarters were taken but dollar bills were untouched. This is the second time AV has discovered AV’s change missing, but the dollar bills untouched. It is believed an Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) may have taken the money. AP2 failed to protect AV from financial exploitation, which is neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
