Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to administer his/her medications. Between August 1st through December 3rd, 2021, AV missed several different medications due to the facility being out of stock. The facility did not order AV’s medication timely resulting AV having increased pain. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
