Findings: On or about December 3, 2021, the Alleged Victim (AV) was found by staff in his/her room with a soiled brief and dried vomit on his/her clothing. AV's window was open and it was very cold in his/her room. Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) was working the overnight shift and did not check on AV to ensure his/her needs were met. AP2's actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitute abuse.
