- Findings
- Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. Between December 1st, 2021, through January 30th, 2022, call light response from staff took over 30 minutes on 15 occasions. The facility failed to answer the call light in a timely manner, which is a violation of resident rights, if neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
