- Findings
- Alleged Victim (AV) is care planned to have assistance putting compression socks on daily. On or about December 22, 2022 AV did not have h/h compression socks on h/h feet, causing AVs legs to swell. The facility failed to follow the care plan which is a violation of resident’s rights is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
