Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) missed multiple medication doses on or around December 21, 2021, and December 22, 2021, which caused him/her unnecessary discomfort, elevated blood pressure and to be transported to the hospital for treatment. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure Alleged Victim’s (AV) physician orders were followed and medications were reordered timely. The failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
