- Findings
- Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) financially exploited Alleged Victim (AV) by wrongfully taking AV's debit card for AP2's gain. AP2 is an employee at the facility where AV resides. AP2 used AV's credit card and charged $80.00 on it at a hair salon. AP2's actions is considered financial exploitation which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
