Findings: On or about January 10, 2022, the facility failed to follow Alleged Victim's (AV) care plan, which stated to assist resident into bed between 8:00 pm and 9:00 pm and to provide safety checks. This resulted in AV being left in their recliner all night, soaked in urine, causing a loss of personal dignity and risk of serious harm. The facility failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP22-00633 $500.00 fine assessed
