Findings: On or about January 9, 2022, the facility ran out of the Alleged Victim's (AV) medication which assists with AV's anxiety. AV failed to receive his/her medication for 3 days, causing undue stress and unreasonable discomfort. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP22-00405 $500.00 fine assessed
