Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to manage his/her medications. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure AV's physician orders were followed. On or about November 10, 2020, until January 26, 2022, AV was given the incorrect dosage of his/her medication and as a result continued to suffer from increased behaviors. The failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
