Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) missed approximately four (4) doses of anti-seizure medication from February 1, 2022 – February 3, 2022, which resulted in AV having a seizure. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure Alleged Victim’s (AV) physician orders were followed and medications were reordered timely. The failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
