Findings: On or about March 3, 2022, the Alleged Victim (AV) was left on his/her bed pan for a long period of time, causing unreasonable discomfort. Facility staff entered AV's room to administer medications and still did not assist AV from the bed pan. The facility failed to provide service to AV, causing unreasonable discomfort, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP22-00579 $250.00 fine assessed
